1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Logos Education through our website, Stripe checkout pages, or invoices. It covers:
- On-demand (pre-recorded) courses
- E-books and downloadable materials
- 1-to-1 consulting and tuition
It does not apply to purchases through any third-party marketplace or reseller.
2. Flagship courses
- Before access: Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After access: All sales are final once you access included files. For EU/UK customers: if you consent to immediate access to digital content, you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.
- Technical issues: If access fails after reasonable troubleshooting, we will restore access or refund.
3. E-books & digital downloads
- Before download: Cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
- After first download: All sales are final. For EU/UK customers: if you consent to immediate access to digital content, you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.
- Defective files/links: We will provide a replacement or refund if unresolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
4. 1-to-1 consulting / tuition
- Payment: Payable in full at booking.
- Rescheduling: One free reschedule with ≥72h notice, to a date within 30 days.
- Cancellations:
- ≥72h notice: full refund
- <72h notice: 50% late-change fee (we refund the remaining 50%)
- No-show: treated as delivered (no refund)
- Our cancellation: If we cancel or fail to attend, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
5. Bundles & promotions
Refunds are calculated pro-rata for refundable items only. Discounts are applied proportionally. Free/bonus items have no standalone refund value.
6. How to request a refund
Please email admin@logos-education.com with:
- Your Stripe Invoice Number (shown on your receipt or invoice)
- Your purchase email address
- The item(s) you wish to refund
- The reason (e.g., pre-access cancellation, technical issue)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method only. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 additional business days to post funds.
If you have not received a response within 3 business days, or if the refund has not appeared in your account within 14 business days of our approval, please follow up with us at admin@logos-education.com so we can investigate with Stripe and your payment provider.
7. Currency & fees
Refunds are made in the original transaction currency. Any FX differences or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility unless required by law.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Hong Kong law. For EU/UK customers: if you consent to immediate access to digital content, you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.
9. Abuse prevention
We may refuse refunds in cases of excessive requests, fraud, or misuse (e.g., mass-downloading followed by a refund request).
10. Updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. The version date above reflects the latest update.
